Doris has been in dental community since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of experience, leadership, and heart to our practice. As our Office Manager, she is dedicated to making sure every patient’s visit is smooth, transparent, and entirely stress-free.

Doris truly loves her patients and takes pride in breaking down complex treatment plans and insurance details from the patient’s perspective—ensuring you always feel informed and never overwhelmed. Deeply compassionate and intuitive, she understands that dental anxiety is incredibly common. She makes it her personal mission to provide a loving, caring, and helpful environment where you can feel safe and heard.

Outside the office: When she isn't helping patients navigate their dental care, Doris treasures quality time with her husband and their two children. She is a big movie buff, loves traveling and catching up with her close friends.

Lelia has been in Dr. Lawton’s dental family since 2005. As our Patient Coordinator, she brings a passion for seamless customer service and practice administration. Lelia manages our front desk operations, ensuring patient check-ins, record updates, and scheduling run like clockwork. As the very first smile you see when you walk through our doors, she takes great pride in greeting and comforting patients, preparing the office daily, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

In addition to welcoming patients, Lelia specializes in patient accounts, accurately processing insurance payments and managing billing statements with care. She is dedicated to helping patients maximize their benefits and understand their financial options. Lelia loves our positive, warm, and family-friendly atmosphere, where she can use her exceptional people skills to serve you.

Guided by her favorite quote, “Life is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the ride!”, Lelia brings a bright energy to our practice every day. When not keeping the front office organized, she loves traveling, fishing, snow skiing, dancing, and making memories with her husband, family, and friends—likely with her favorite song, Louis Armstrong’s “What a Wonderful World,” playing in the background.

Karina has been in the dental community since 2008. Bringing a wealth of knowledge to our team, she has an extensive background in dental billing and coding. This expertise allows her to navigate the complexities of dental insurance seamlessly, ensuring our patients maximize their benefits and fully understand their care options.

As our Treatment Coordinator, Karina is the bridge between your dental needs and your ultimate smile goals. She is widely known for her friendly demeanor and compassionate approach, always taking the time to listen, answer questions, and ease any anxieties about upcoming care. Karina’s top priority is making sure every patient walks away feeling confident, informed, and completely comfortable with their treatment plan.

When she isn’t helping patients achieve healthy smiles, Karina loves connecting with nature and enjoying the great outdoors. Above all, she treasures quality time with her husband and their two wonderful children.

Rosie brings a unique blend of scientific precision and genuine warmth to our dental family. With a background in microbiology, she spent years working in the lab before stepping away to embrace the rewarding, full-time role of being a stay-at-home mom. Now, she has channeled her passion for care and detail into the dental field, working side-by-side with her husband, Mark, to ensure our patients receive the highest quality experience.

For Rosie, the best part of working in dentistry is witnessing the transformative power of a healthy smile and the incredible confidence it restores to patients.

Outside the office: When she isn't busy living her best life helping patients at the office, Rosie wears her most proud title: mom to three beautiful girls. To recharge, she loves getting lost in hands-on creative projects and spending quality time immersing herself in nature.

Sheree joined our dedicated dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant in April 2014. Working side-by-side with Dr. Lawton, she plays a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical care, backed by her extensive certifications in radiology, coronal polishing, pit and fissure sealants, nitrous oxide monitoring, CPR, and general dental assisting.

As our Lead Dental Assistant, Sheree ensures that our clinical operations run seamlessly, our safety protocols are top-notch, and every patient feels completely at ease from the moment they sit in the chair. She holds a special place in her heart for community service, frequently volunteering her time and skills to care for the men and women of our armed forces at special military dental events. Sheree approaches her work with passion and purpose, guided by her favorite quote:

Outside the office: At home, Sheree focuses her energy on what she loves most: spending quality time with her kids, grandkids, and enjoying the outdoors fishing, hunting, and traveling.

Born and raised right here in Houston, Texas, Hanh’s dedication to dentistry began in 2008 when she first stepped into the field as a part-time receptionist and dental assistant. This early, hands-on exposure allowed her to see patient care from every angle and sparked a lifelong passion for oral health.

Driven to deepen her expertise, Hanh pursued a rigorous educational path, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Houston in 2011, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston in 2017.

Hanh’s philosophy is rooted in personalized, compassionate care. She believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, fully informed, and genuinely valued during their visit. By building trusting relationships and providing gentle, thorough care, she focuses on creating a positive, stress-free experience that helps her patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Outside the office: When she isn’t helping her patients smile, Hanh loves spending quality time with her children. To unwind, you can usually find her immersed in a good book or working on her latest crocheting project.

For Shanice Hill, dentistry isn’t just a career—it is her true passion and purpose. Originally from Nacogdoches, Texas, Shanice has been serving patients as a Registered Dental Assistant for over eight years. She is deeply committed to providing exceptional care and is always looking for innovative ways to enhance efficiency and clinical excellence in the office.

Shanice graduated from the Nacogdoches Dental Assistant School in January 2018. To ensure her patients receive the highest standard of care, she actively pursues monthly continuing education courses. She holds specialized certifications in Nitrous Oxide monitoring, Coronal Polishing, Pit and Fissure Sealants, and CPR.

Outside of the office: Shanice is a proud mother to two sons. Together, they love exploring everything Houston has to offer, working out, and relaxing at home. Guided by her faith and a dedication to daily self-care—mentally, physically, and spiritually—Shanice brings a positive, nurturing energy to our team and our patients every day. One of her favorite guiding principles is Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

Elizabeth is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist who has been caring for patients since 2015. A native Houstonian, she brings extensive experience across diverse practice settings and patient populations.

Understanding that life’s unpredictability means every patient is in a unique place in their dental journey, Elizabeth’s approach is rooted in compassion and meeting you right where you are. Her primary goal is to help you feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in your oral health. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Elizabeth utilizes her background to build strong, trusting connections and ensure positive provider-patient relationships.

Outside the office: She enjoys traveling, playing video games, photographing cats, and spending time with her boyfriend.
